I always seem to be worried about things. If not health wise (i think i'm becoming a hypochondriac) or family wise etc. etc. but i find if i right it down (or type it) it helps, so what are you worried about at the moment?

How will I beat depression (counselling appointment this week)
How do I tell my wife that I think it's all over (she told me to kill myself---DEPRESSION---DUH)

If my boyfriend and i are going to be able to work things out, did i do everything that is on my list of things to do, what does that person think about me, am I reading to much into this, omg did i remember to put the milk away, this always sucks to be me I always have so many things on my mind.

I am still worried about my health, I have been sick and now I am starting to feel better, but there is still that little thing in my mind that is like a red flag about my health so I know what you mean. =)
