I have Intel® 82865G Graphics Controller does it have video output that means s-video ? does it have output so that I can connect my desktop computer with my TV ???
If not which card have this facility ?

Unless your motherboard has a integrated S-video (Y/C) out or came with an add-in card you will need to purchase an AGP Digital Display (ADD) adapter card from an approved vendor.
A better alternative is to purchase one of the following add-in cards: any one of ATI's Avivo enabled products such as their TV WONDER™ Elite or All-in-Wonder® multimedia cards or one of the DViCO FusionHDTV cards listed below.

are you sure your tv doesnt have s-video ?
