You have given a marvelous example of why we should never mix religion and state. You have also mixed being loyal to the USA flag and suddenly the bible appears. It is apparent that you would like to see America as a Christian nation with Christian values following Christian philosophies. I am not for it. I would rather have our nation follow moral codes that may have come from the old and new testaments but without advertising these codes as Christian codes. What about all of the other religions that comprise America? Christianity isn't the only religion in the world you know and don't give me the story about how Christianity is followed by 81% of the people of this land. It does not matter.
All religions should be kept out of government. So on Sunday who cares who walks into a church with a bible under his arm? He is not a better American than those who stay at home and watch the news or sports shows.

I don't buy Exxon- too expensive.
I go to church alot. Also do street ministry. Don't own an SUV.
I respect the U.S. flag, and those who fought for it. I use toilet brushes on toilets, and liberals mouths.
I've not threatened to shoot anyone. Yet.
My flag waves proudly over my house. And my Bible is read in public or private. Kind of dispells your theory, doesn't it?
That "rock" is the 10 Commandments. God's words to mankind. And they are really good things to follow. And if you knew God's words, you wouldn't be writing such ilk as you are here.
OH, and I don't worship the "rock" in the courthouse, you are sadly mistaken. I worship "The Rock"........Jesus Christ.
Fake conservative? Not hardly.

People who "wave the Bible" and "have Jesus stickers on their SUV's" usually go to church, too. It's kind of hard to figure out what you're talking about sometimes, Mr. USA.

nicely i'm a Christian and that i will aid you recognize this. Your extraordinary no longer all those that declare to be Christian stay the way the bible says. And all of us fall short yet there's a difference. The bible tells us to "witness" and tell all the folk approximately Jesus. and you recognize particularly situations that occurs mutually as stepping into in sin. yet then the different area to the story is those that stay a undeniable way think of Christianity is in basic terms a faith yet now each physique is initiating to attain its a existence-style - And once you reside that way in sin and purely the occasional holiday to church or some thing thats no longer Christianity. particularly situations all of us understand the flaws Gods performed and then fall in sin and dont examine ourselves earlier telling somebody else. all of us ought to easily examine ourselves first. desire that helped.

I mostly buy Conoco, go to church regularly, own a Buick LeSabre (1995), use a designated brush to clean my toilet, and worship alone... when nobody is looking (outside of church, that is). Also, I am a christian, and an American. It might behoove you to find out what those really are, instead of just spewing out whatever it is you think they are. Toodles.
