I truly do believe that everyone on this planet has someone they're meant to be with for the rest of their lives, the problem is most people never find them.

Finding that "one true love" is indeed hit and miss. Most people find their "one true love" in their own home town. How many times have people married their high school sweetheart? Was it just fate that these people found each other or was it convenience because they were so close and available? I think it's a fallacy that there is one person in the world for you and you have to search to find them. You pick that one special person out of the choices you have. They then become your "one true love" once you get to know them.

I have and still am living my life. I had a childhood sweetheart who I married and then we went our separate ways. I met another and it lasted longer but it too ended. I have dated two special women but nothing went anywhere.

To answer the question I truly think life gives us what we need at that point in time. I think it is what we make it. So, No, I do not think there is only "one". As we move through life it changes and sometimes our relations do not. Then one day it happens you find someone.

Hope that helps?

I believe in a bit of both.

We should look for our one true love and try and make it work.

I've had a true love. Its done now. Years later another one came along. They are very rare.

Its not hit and miss, you don't have to date heaps of people to find one for you. You just have to be patient. Maybe they come along rarely, but when they do- you just know

There are many people out there for us, all different and special in so many exciting ways. I have truly loved twice and had my heart broken twice, but in different ways.

I truly believe we have the capacity to love more than once in a lifetime, and true love can come along more than once. You just have to believe it and open your heart to the possibility.

There are people that we connect with on different levels. Some people we truly feel comfortable with on a spiritual, physical level and others on a more intellectual level. It's always a wonderful surprise to find someone that we connect with on many different levels. And, someone that can accept us, faults and all.
