looking for low airfare going from bratislava to berlin on march 25 and returning on the 27th.

I think you're better off by flying to Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN) on RYan Air and then taking an InterCity express train. Although I don't know the train fare, it should be cheap. And Bratislava-Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN) is unbelievably cheap (I can't believe my eyes) - less than 25 euros roundtrip if you have no luggage and don't buy insurance - http://www.bookryanair.com/skylights/cgi-bin/skylights.cgi.
For comparison, Bratislava - Berlin on LUfthansa (roundtrip) will cost you about 270 euros.
