If you want an actual numerical answer, the best way to find out is to step in your backyard and start counting blades of grass. When you've counted every single one, move to the front yard, and count there as well. Then move on to your neighbour's yard. When you finally have the numbers of blades of grass on your entire street, you might realize what a silly thing it was to begin counting in the first place, and what a useless bit of knowledge it really is. Especially when you realize that you're going to have to count again next week, and the week after that, and the week after that, since the grass is continually growing.

I'm guessing more than 10, but less than 10 trillion.
