Listen to him when he is telling you a story (perhaps for quite a few times ;-) tell him how you appreciate him and different ways that he shows his love. Show him your love, lots of hugs and cuddles. Plan little getaways romantic interludes take control. Men really love it when you do take control. There is alot of pressure taken off of them. So if you do these things and I am assuming he is doing the same for you,,you should live happily ever after............................;-)

You don't say in what way you are trying to please him Some husbands/wives are never satisfied no matter how hard you try. I really need more information to be able and try and answer that question. I can tell you my experience of being married to someone for 26 yrs and no matter what I did or how I did, it was never right and there was always something I didn't ask . I worked hard at my marriage but when it came to the point that I felt my life was in danger then I left and never went back. We had sought counseling several times and I even tried to kill myself because I felt like such a failure. Divorce was not in my volcabulary but I had been unhappy for a very time. My mother who is a very devout Christian came and got me the day I left and never encouraged me to go back. It took me a very long time to get over being angry because I knew marriage did not have to be the way mine was.
I have remarried and it's like night and day. I don't endorse nor encourage divorce but if a person is in danger than yes, get out.
I probably have not answered your question but again, more informaton was needed, to answer your question
