To some yes, to some no. Just like breast size matters to some guys. It's a preference thing. For me personally, no.

Size most certainly matters, and I don't know why so many women say otherwise!
Wake up ladies! A penis that is 5 inches long and 4.5 inches girth simply can't provide the same amount of stimulation and pleasure as a penis that is 8 inches long and 6 inches girth! The longer and thicker it is, the more filled up your vagina is, and the better it feels, period! Bigger is better (up to a point that few men can reach), and too small just won't cut it!
By the way, what is considered "too small" varies from women to women. Some might consider 4 inches length and 3 inches girth to be too small, while others might consider 6 inches length and 5 inches girth to be too small.
