To be a housing agent in Singapore, you've to undergo through studies and get a formal licence. And it takes about 2 - 4mths, depends on how fast you can get the licence and it costs about $300 - $500 for the whole course.
In Singapore, we've many properties' or real estate agents like:
1) DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (SEA) Pte Ltd
2) Propnex Realty Pte Ltd
3) ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd
You can always find these few big companies in the front page in a newspaper. Call them up and tell them you wld like to be a property agent.
