it should be fine unless it locked up or was messed up when they parked it just drive it and feel the ride if it is realy bumpy on not so bumpy roads then u have a prob if the suspension is messed up the best thing to do is to replace the spring and or shocks

The springs hold the body up to the correct height above the ground. So if the body is sagging closer to the ground at any one wheel or axle (on level ground), you have a sagging spring. The shock absorbers keep the wheels and body from oscillating up and down too rapidly when traveling down the road by dampening the spring movement. So if the body is bouncing up and down too much on an undulating road, you need new shocks. Don't forget to have the steering components checked too, especially if you notice any play in the steering or wandering or severe pulling. If your steering wheel and chassis vibrates more and more the faster you go, have your tires checked for being "out of round" and rebalanced.

Depends on the type of suspension - If ordinary shocks they should be fine but if not replace them it is inexpensive enough. If it is a more sophisticated or complex suspension system like pneumatic suspension or air ride you need to replace any non working part of the suspension system - generally a hose will harden and fail but could be anything. These systems are more expensive to repair and maintain.

if the suspension is still good, about all you will have to do is grease the ball joints and tie rods, also check all rubber bushings.if the look dry,try spraying them with silicone spray.if it is front wheel drive, then spray the axle boots with silicone spray,to soften up the rubber.
