sitting down watching t.v....what is the deal...
the pain starts from my wrist to the mid arm and then moves to my shoulder....
note: pain increases as it travels along my arm..i get this from time to time...

what does this mean

it could be a number of factors like age,diet,illness,tennis elbow,carpel tunnel,mild stroke ,heart disease,so go to the doctor for a correct diagnosis and treatment

which arm? are your right or left handed? do you do repetitive movements with your hands such as typing or working with tools?
carpal tunnel?
MS?
sounds like a nerve issue, I have a similar type of symptom and am being looked at for MS. You can always call the doc's office and see if they think you should be seen.

Is it your left arm? Are you aged over 40? It could be related to your heart.

honey run, but slowly, to the nearest doctor you can find because these are symptoms of heart problems. For example, heart attack or search for ANGINA PECTORIS.
My dady had the same.

Is it possible that you're leaning on an elbow? It sounds like cubital tunnel syndrome.
