The cat may well come down of its own accord. Try tempting it with its favourite food. If this is to no avail and you remain concerned then ask the RSPCA to call the fire brigade, this will mean that you do not get a bill for their services. Although if it were my pet and I was worried, the issue of cost would not come into it.

get a ladder and a man. Offer him sex if you have to but make sure kitty gets down safely first ( oh god, I take it your at least 20!?) if not, don't offer sex, just tea or something

leave it it will come down by its self, the reason it stays up there is because everyone is fussing at the bottom and it will be frightened it will come down eventually
