1) they have no teeth for gunk to collect on
2) they don't eat the same things we do- they are strictly breastmilk or formula
3) smell a baby's breath who has burped in your face after a bottle. That doesn't smell nearly so nice. :)

Because babies don't eat, onions and garlic, babies don't smoke or drink coffee, babies for the most part don't eat slaughtered cooked meat (my daughter hated jarred babyfood meats) babies don't eat chips and chocolates, babies don't drink sodas or foods with sauces and gravies and dressings....and infants (newborns especially) don't have rotting teeth.

Because they don't eat & drink all the smelly, contaminated, processed crap that we do! Also new things always smell better.

MAYBE its because,they dont really eat,or idk thats just a guess...
