I don't know about that but I don't expect too much of someone whom abandon his wife with cancer and young child. I don't even want to wonder how it would be his social work with a such "high values". If he treats his own people like that, just imagine what he would do with others just to gain what he wants.
Plus, I don't see any difference between Monica Lewinsky and his actual wife. Both did exactly the same thing, but for Giuliani family comes last, while Bill Clinton had the decency to realize that he did wrong and not to promote his Mistress to a first lady.

As a Republican with firm Libertarian leanings I think he is the closest viable candidate we have had in my lifetime.
The U.S.'s government is to protect our Country, our borders and keep hands off matters that should be dictated by the States. Republicans nor Democrats or liberals elected by particular States should not attempt to dictate to the whole Country. This takes away our freedoms!
