This is probably going to be overkill, but it just so happens that very recently i put together an entire stationary for a company a friend started. I designed their Logo, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, invoices, fax cover sheet, business cards AND brochure.
..Now this is here in the States, and i didn't include pricing on the actual brochure, but i'm gonna dig it up & copy and paste parts of it here for you, 'cuz the first thing that pops into mind when creating your pricing list, is first a breakdown of what it is you can or will do for your client.
..Jeff has a minimum starting price, which includes his first 8 hours on the job. With the initial visit for a 1500 square feet (139 square meters) space.
T/he/y would include:
White Glove Cleaning
Free Walk through, Estimates & reasonable Bids, according to the Job and Customer's Request.
INITIAL COMMERCIAL OFFICE CLEANING (8 HOURS)
* Thorough Dusting
* Surfaces wiped & Disinfected
* Restrooms Cleaned, disinfected &
supplies restocked
* Detailed Vacuuming/Floors Moped
* Inside Windows Cleaned
* Trash & Recycling removed.
* Linens Changed and Washed (if applicable)
* Floor Mop/Wax (if applicable)
RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CLEANING
* Detailed Dusting
* Furniture Polishing
* Thorough Vacuuming
* Kitchen & Bathroom Scrubbing
* Trash & Recycling Removed
* Move in/out of
* Move in/out and after construction
cleaning.
Extra: Exterior:
Sweep all walkways.
Empty Ashtrays.
Walk entire perimeter, and clear of garbage or recycling.
Windows.
Weatherproof and/or unwrap faucets.
Clear outdoor planter-boxes.
< /copy/paste >
Now you can put a fair price on what supplies it will take, and the cost for personnel. Which mind you, in any industry the cost of Labor, is far more expensive than that of "parts" =)
..Your people are worth more than your bleach.
Now you say, its just 2 people for 2 hours. (I'm assuming this is a very small office space, hopefully less than 900 sq. ft [84 square meters]) I would still charge a minimum rate of $150 (approx. £75) for your initial cleaning. It will take you most of the first hour, just familiarizing yourself with the task.
..and $100.00 (£51) each week from there on. Based on 4 hours (2 people @ 2 hours)
Good Luck on your business venture.

Charge per square foot. Remember cleaning material also, apart from staff. Sounds reasonable to me, but what have you been charging your other clients? Why don't you use the same criteria?
