Yes! Either Hillary or Barack would make an excellent president, as would Gore or Edwards or even Guiliani. The US and the rest of the world is ready for any change in administration at this point, and personally, if my choices were W and a sock puppet... well, you know the answer. Now, the BEST choice and most likely for 2008? Hands down Barack Obama. He has the upbeat, positive and hopeful message that this country is hungry for, and has the dedication to ideals and history of bipartisan hard work that will help heal this nation's wounds.

It doesn't matter whether you are black or white. What really matters is the action.
Yeah, USA is ready for a black president. Why not? Barrack has a long history of self devoting social worker.
He even left his new law career to get involved in social work.
And most importantly, he's from a normal family and someone who's loves Americans.
I think Barrack Obama will definitely win.

There shade or intercourse would not count. Can they do the pastime and can they be predicted to stick to the regulation of the land and not misinform the yankee human beings like Hillary has lots of cases. i'm bored stiff with the non-sense as i'm specific all human beings else is. Get some new innovations in the place of work. go away the previous in the back of. Burock i think of could be large in place of work besides. This coming from a Conservative Republican which I even have voted considering that i replaced into 18.

The US population will be ready when it no longer has to ask if it's ready. [Especially on Yahoo Answers.]
I honestly believe, though, that a women or minority president will be elected before the US population is ready. Because of this, all the problems that occur during that administration will be attributed to the fact that they are a woman/minority. (And yes, EVERY administration has its problems.) This will cause an 'I told you so' situation that will make it very difficult for a woman or minority to become president in following terms.

I'd say either or the other but not both at the same time. That means a Clinton Obama ticket is out (a woman and a black), but not a Giuliani Rice ticket (white man and a black woman - kind of kills two birds with one stone, don't it). Maybe it's not fair but it's the way it is.

I would hope so, America has grown up, since the equal rights act of 1965. While there are those that will always hate for no good reason, I think that they are in the vast minority now.
Edit: this is not an endorsement of any candidate, it just a generalization of America's views on minority's and woman.

I care about the politician's stance on the issues, not their race or gender. Unless someone is a sexist or racist, they would surely share my opinion. In my opinion, either could win the presidency as they should, this is the 21st century.

We are, without a doubt, ready for a CHANGE. Black, white, male, female, gay, doesnt matter - as long as its not retarded like Bush.
