I know that the regions near Bellingen Ker/Tully in QLD, have Australia's highest rainfall. I want to know, which places/regions come second and third, statistically and how much rainfalls there annually.

That is a very tricky question. Apart from Cairns and NW Tasmania, there are few places that come close.

Try the BOM data at the link below for rainfall maps. Find a region by contour and then zoom in. Change the display to point data, zoom in some more and check each point.

2nd seems to be Lake Margaret Power Station in NW Tasmania with 8860mm over the last 3 years.
3rd is a bit hard to work out. There's about 10 around Cairns alone. Leaving that area in search of No.3, I found Tallowood in the Gold Coast hinterland at 6109mm.

Actually, I found Mt Sophia in North Queensland near that recorded 10298mm in 3 years.

Note: That is only the last 3 years' data. Long-term readings might be a bit different.
