it made me feel sick i saw him out the window spitting over my washing, i called him a dirty little git, my son said he was doing it yesterday, my grandaugher who lives with me like going round with him and i dont, like it. he said i did not wash today, he is so rude, i should not have said he was a dirty little git, i dont, like him much or her hanging round with him.

Unfortunately, the "Child Rights Act" (made up, but represents reality) gives a child the right to do what they want without fear of retaliation. Tony Blair, the PC brigade and the high court judges should be stripped of their security and placed in the middle of a council estate for a week. That would solve the problem once and for all.

Until then, you'll have to stand firm with your grand-daughter. Initially, tell her she can invite her friend around - providing that he changes his behaviour. This gives both her and him a chance to comply. If he doesn't comply, then you'll have to ban the child from coming to your house. If your grand-daughter moans, explain that you did give the thug a chance but he wasn't interested.

find out where he live´s ,take your washing over there & ask his mother to wash it again for you , Kid´s like this need to be taught a leason, as for your grandaughter, tell her to tell him if he does it again the police will be paying him a visit as you have him on camera . It´s againts the law to spit even in public place´s let alone on your clothes your right to call him a dirty litle gid , I would say that´s rather mild

It's best to ignore it as if you chastise him, he's likely to come back with friends and scratch your car or something. Can you not reposition your washing?

Find out his name and have a polite word with his Mum - it may not work, but it's worth a try. If she's worth her salt she'll sort him out!
