So long as you leave the country for Canada before the end of the US visa, you will be allowed to re-enter and have another visa issued. However, given the new immigration regulations, make sure you can prove you will leave the US within the 90 day period else the airline from the UK may decide you cannot board. This is because if US immigration are not satisfied you will leave within the 90 days, the airline will also be in trouble.

Yes,

providing that, when you re-enter the USA, you have a valid exit date (which you have) you will be allowed in.

The re-entry date can be extended almost indefinitely by this method. each time you re-enter the USA you are allowed up to 90 days (subject to local variation by individual immigration officials) The 'normal' requirements are that

a, you are legally allowed in, and

b, qualify for 'visitor status' (apparently not a problem in your case) and that you have a valid 'booked flight' out again to your country of origin.

Enjoy your Canadian trip, and your (slightly extended) visit to the USA.

you are able to continuously request yet another ninety days, yet could they supply yet another ninety days so quickly ? I doubt it. you are able to pass back for the general 21 days vacationer visa suitable away. needless to say you do not understand lots on the subject of the immigration technique. in simple terms getting married won't resolve your immigration issue and it quite is not an instantaneous technique. It takes 10-twelve months to get the two a fiancee or spousal visa authorized, there's a team of necessities not the least of it quite is your boyfriend/husband having a solid earnings sufficient to help you.

Yes, Ozcan is right. Unless the rules have recently changed, all you need to do is cross the border and then come back across at a border crossing where they stamp your passport and you start a new 90 day period. Most people I know in this situation fly out and then fly back in and clear through customs at an airport.
