I've contacted google several times via their wesite contact us form and via fax; suggesting them a new and revolutionary method in banking (without disclosing the idea itself) but they did not reply at all! despite my reminder they, however, ignored me. Is this the usual situation that google ignores any new proposals or what is the problem?

Google, and most other large companies, generally do not want to take the time and expense to develop units from scratch. This is not fast enough and it is frought with uncertainty. This also creates opportunity for you.

Develop your idea and get it to market on your own (et al). Then you have the credibility to market the resulting company for sale to a larger business, such as Google.

Because google probably receives thousands of business ideas per day and I seriously doubt they are going to answer an email from someone that says, "I have a great idea but I'm not going to tell you what it is unless you answer me."

You are confused.

Before you sing at the Wembley Stadium you have to sing at a Regional and Smaller Stadium and before that you have to sing at a Local Music Hall and before that you have to sing at your local Bar.

If you want to make Business with one of the most valuable companies in the World you have to make business with a Fortune 500 company and before than you have to make business with a National Company and before that with a Regional Company...

You get the idea.

You are probably one of millions of persons who have submitted ideas to Google for improvements, so you've got to wait your turn, especially since you did not specify what the improvements were.

maenz,

I'm quite certain that Google receives countless business propositions every SECOND...legitimate and otherwise (most otherwise, I'm sure).

You probably need some way to legitimize your ideas, with a solid business plan and how you intend to get capital to start your business.
