I can't seem to find the right web site for printing off a copy of my own w2 tax form from Ruby Tuesday. I was an employee of the St. Robert, M.O. restaurant until Jan. 2007. I am now in Germany and the computer is my only outlet for communication. I still have to file my taxes, but I can't do that without my w2 tax form.

You'll have to contact them and give them your new address. If you filed a change of address with the Post Office, it would have been forwarded.
You may have to call them -- I know for a fact that they have telephones in Germany and you can buy pre-paid phone cards at any Deutsche Bundespost and many convenience stores. If you are in Germany as military you can buy AT&T pre-paid phone cards at any military Exchange and call back to the US for less than 10 cents per minute.
W2s are not available on-line unless the employer makes them available that way and you'd need to contact them to find out how to access them.

Employers are required to replace lost W-2s. They can charge a reasonable amount, but they are not allowed to refuse outright. You call the IRS on the telephone and tell them that you asked for a W-2 and your employer is refusing to give it to you. The IRS will mail you a "substitute" form that you can use to file your taxes without the W-2, and it will tell your employer to give you a W-2. If your employer still refuses after the IRS tells them that they have no choice in this matter, then the IRS will fine your employer a lot of money for refusing. You won't be in trouble. Your employer will.

well I am having the same problem my boss gave me this number to call I don't know if it works because I lost my phone haha...
