everyone is beautiful in their own way.
but who stands out is what u should ask. and that would be definitly Aishwarya rai!

Now that's just ridiculous. I detest questions like this! It has no sense. Why?
1. Only celebrities are seen, not anonymous beauties, and therefore we cannot say "most beautiful of the world" but instead "most beautiful of celebrities/the celebrity world".
2. There is no global "most beautiful". There are many equal great beauties of all races and kinds (and not only physical, may I add).
Simple as that. So when you see those preposterous awards of "100 most sexy/beautiful woman/man" or the like, you can think, "What ridiculous nonsense" and decide on who you think is the most beautiful CELEBRITY. Period.

I find Women of mixed race to be the most beautiful, seems they get the best traits of their parents, sure theres always an exception, but I'm willing to bet that most famous beautiful people have parents or grandparents form different racial or geographic backgrounds.

and of course there is no "most beautiful woman on the planet" because the standard for beauty changes from time to time. it all depends on who you're asking.
