Easy try the RESTORE feature first. It is like a time machine to go back before you opened the folder. Anyway, go to START, ALL PROGRAM, PC HELP & TOOLS, then click RESTORE. It will explain. Only use Symantec if this does not work. Then download free virus spyware too.
This is good for 15 days now.

I find it amusing that people give advice and expect you to know what to do. That is why you asked the question like in your case, cuz you do not know about restore, or shareware stuff. lol

Do a restore before you go them then - you should of prevented these from entering the computer.
I don't know how all these people get it, I never get viruses or spyware because I keep secure.
