i dont know what the problem could be...i downloaded 2 new songs and when i double click on them they wont play or take me to itunes at all...what is the problem? before i downloaded the songs i ran my spybot search and destroy thing for spyware...

go to tools then options click on player and make sure u use limewire media player as the default player

There are many reasons for an media file to be unplayable. They are:
1. A/V Codec might not be recognized by the default media player used by lime-wire.
2. Corrupted media file.
3. Required License might not be issued to the particular media file.
4. The media file might not be having a valid digital signature.
5. The downloaded media file might be spamy.
if the problem is not listed in the above given list then please check for ur default limewire media player !

get carry of actual participant and set it as your default participant. then try it back.....or try going to start>pc>c:>software archives>limewire>downloads....the songs could be in there click them and use any music participant you have...i reccomend actual participant
