Always keep the truth in your mind first to avoid any confusion. There are many reasons for you lying like you are. The first is don't you ever give up on your life or future. Life is worth living no matter what the struggle is. I myself would prefer not to have so much medicine in my body so that my mind is free and clear of drugs. If you have a religion or spiritual awareness lean on that now. If there is a family member like your parents or mother or father or sister or brother you can trust or a relative you have confidence in talk to that person. Your health is most important for your sake and everyone else. I think once you stopped your dependency on drugs and confided on someone you can trust, the lying will begin to stop.
