Look here. http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=+Zone+alarm+CLI+trying+to+access+trusted+zone%3F+&btnG=Search&meta=

I`d dump Zone Alarm if I were you, it causes more problems than it fixes :-)

P.S. if you have BOINC running look here http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=32382

zone alarm is the best as above, because you control it, it is not done for you, from a security point of view this is what you want! rather than the firewall deciding who gets what(leaving yourself wide open.
Take some time to watch a couple of the tutorials at zone labs about ZA and you will get to grips with it, i have used it for years and even the top security sites list it as one of the best. you will be confident in a couple of weeks as and when you understand what is happening, stick with it.

Contrary to what is written above, or below, keep Zone Alarm. It does a very very good job.

Zone Alarm is more hassle than it's worth. Everybody I know who's used has ditched it. Uninstall it and get a more friendly firewall such as McAfee.

Allow it.......

It checks for recent threats and updates in the zonealarm server......so it is really very important to allow zonealarm in the trusted zone.
