Personally I believe the first two steps should be to have your brain and spine surgically removed. This should enable you to be able to endure approx 50years of working life, being nothing more than a docile cow being milked by the large corporations.
Personally I would not get a job, financially it is a bad move. Tell me how many of the richest people in the world got rich by putting their tail between their legs asked for employment?
There are other ways to make money, earned income is just one source! There is also residual, portfolio and passive income.

So back to answering the question:
Remove brain,
Remove spine
Walk into McDonald's or any other chosen employer and ask for an application form for a job.
Repeat process until you have successfully gained employment.
Give up life in exchange for pocket money for the next 50 or so years.

Research the company how long they have been a company, what exactly they do!! Make sure you answer your questions correctly and always ask a question!!
