Godzilla was a made up creature. Bored Japanese film writers seized upon the idea in the early sixties, fixated on our own sci-fi of the era, and were simply trying to capitilize on the trend..Worked, huh ???

Could you give a better distinction for us between myth and crazy belief? I mean, thinking about both terms, aren't they the same?

As for the truth behind Godzilla, it's fake. It's not real. It's a crazy belief. It's a myth. It was dreamt up.

Yes Godzilla was real. The real Godzilla didn't had special powers, he was A fossilized dinosaur. The dinosaur fossil inspired the writer who then wrote the story of Godzilla.
