Its unable to become a Dr. & pass MBBS from Mumbai because i am 22
Is their any Institute in the world from where i can do Medical Studies & become Surgeon
like in America or Britain

Please visit the below sites and go from there.
The first link is to the USMLE, the exam one HAS TO take in order to get registered with a US Medical University/College.
The second link takes you to the US Student Advising Center in Prishtina, Kosova/o, which contains information/links about US Higher Education.
I am sorry, I don't know anything about the UK medical programs.

I suggest you go onto folowing website:
www.ucas.com
on left hand side there is a column where there is a course search. Search for Medicine and then the universities that do medicine would be listed.
Go onto the universities' website and find out their entry requirements for international students.
