No man in this world can feel good 24 hours in a day. In every person there are ups and downs in all aspects of life. You can feel good for most of the time by making some efforts. What are these efforts is - you only should know what makes you feel good. May be your hobbies, with your friends, your family members etc. In this connection pl read this quotation.
