I do a little of sleep a lot and make my mind as occupied to not think about what is causing the depression as possible, like write.
With that, since it is both my hobby and a career for me, I find I can pass a few good hours without feeling the depression much, because I work everything I am thinking and feeling into what I write.

When I'm sad, I try to watch TV. Or look at the pictures in a magazine. Or I eat sugary food. Hanging around with people you have to please can be extra tiresome, so try to be alone or with people you're at ease with. I wouldn't exactly call this period "depression", but I know what it is to be sad for extended hours at a time. Just don't think about the condition; try and look towards the future but don't plan it now itself. Take each day one at a time. But be full of hope as you possibly can. Hope and trust in God are the first things that change my mood when I'm down.

Listen to music and forget about what got me depressed in the first place.
O and I sleep a lot that seems to help for some reason.

Moolan; If you are in your thirties, roll a fat joint,
and take some trouble to avoid
running into ANYONE who knows you.

Go somewhere Natural -with a minimum of people
in the entire area. At about 2.30-3.30 pm, get out of the wind;
find a nice place to sit -and light-up!
(Remember to really hod yo' breath.

If you have arranged it -take a couple of Serapax
-about 3, and-a-half hours, later..

After such a real good THINK: to think-on-your own,
at HOW unimportant your "worries" [really] are.

Cured: guaranteed! (It doesn't work for the hebaphrenically
paranoid: it works for [normal folf -in their Thirties, VERY well!

you usually eat alot, sleep, listen to music alot. You get bored Very easily, and become complicated to amuse. Sometimes you think you're just bored when really you're just depressed. I mostly sleep alot when i'm depressed. If you're like me you read too and kinda isolate yourself from the real world. I try and get out and do things with my friends to keep my mind off stuff like that.
