Although I'm not a fan of Lampard in an England shirt you're asking about the premiership so purley for his goals it can't be him. In my opinion it has got to be Ballack

IMO - Jermaine Jenas or Kieran Richardson. Both are regularly called into the England Squad but neither player has had particularly good stats or memorable performances this season. In Yahoo Fantasy Football, Richardson has the lowest value of any player.

Arsnal's M.Flaminni is the most over rated mid fielder in EPL . Because of him baptista and Radzanski are left on the bench and still he dosent do anything special .

Another over-rated midfielder is Geremi . He is just does not deserve to plat for Chelsea . I think Maurinho should place him on the TRANSFER LIST !!!

frank lampard he never scores against the big teams and i dont remember him scoring when chelsea, west ham or england have been losing and if any midfield player ignored his defensive responsability and just tried to score all the time they would score just as many as him

I'd have to say Ballack at this point in time. He sure hasn't produced much in return for all that cash Chelsea is paying him.
