Conception : All of the above. IN a normal menstraul cycle a woman ovulates exactly 14 days BEFORE her next menstruation, and the egg can survive for 48 hours. Sperm can survive for 5 days inside a woman - so copulating a bit before ovulation is a good idea.
Of course, if you actually meant to ask the best method if conTRAception, then we'd have to revise our answers. In order of efficacy (from best to worst) :
1) abstinence
2) sterilisation male
3) sterilisation female
4) combined birth control pill
5) intra-uterine device
6) rhythm/symptothermal method
7) condom
8) cervical cap
9) coitus interruptus (pull out before it's too late)

the best method is to chart ur ovalution, and to have intercourse within the 9th day to the 15 day of ur period as the women with a average cycle of 28 days are most fertile on 14th day,but the ovalution varries frm women to women

Missionary position, every other day (to give sperm time to regenerate), around the time of your ovulation--it's all about the timing, so use an ovulation predictor kit, or even better, use the basal body temperature method.

Um, yes, sex.
Missionary position because the semen then pools just by the cervix.
Also good (apart from just for the fun of it!) for the lady to orgasm just after the man, as the contractions dip the cervix into the semen and help it get to where it needs to go.
'Scuse my crudeness but that's the way it is.
