What is that phrase in the background of My Boo and Hold You Down?

in the song MyBoo, Usher whispers the phrase in the background before he says "do you remember girl"...after Alicia says "even though there's another man in my life"...and when they're going "my oh, my oh, my boo" near the end.

in HoldYouDown, JLo says the phrase before the lyrics start...and in between JLo's chorus and Fat Joe's chorus before the third verse starts.

My boo...it sounds like "take fastest inc" although I know that can't be right...i've searched the web and listened to the song several times and i cant figure it out.

When I 1st heard the song I wondered the same thing and never figured it out back then either...
