Is the reduced cost even worth bothering? Is the fact that work has been done good reason to just pass over it?

The vehicle is a 94 Ram.

there should be no devaluation of your Rig because it has a rebuilt trans ! Infact you could probably get a couple hundered more for it because of that fact. It is a well known fact that the "New Dodge" Automatic Transmissions are pieces of junk and the fact that you just had it rebuilt will make it easier to sell than if you hadn't had it done. (as long as it was done recently)
Now They don't have to worry about loosing third gear when they take off on the road.

What is the car and how old is it. If it has a rebuilt tranny, then if you get a regular sales price on the car you are doing good then. Just because the car has new tires does that take away from the cost of the vehicle no. Why, cuz you know you will be able to go longer if you have new tires as with the tranny too.
