Treat yourself with the same respect and compassion you do others. Maybe if you just try to 'know' that you are as sensitive as the next person. Try to rethink yourself as a fragile newborn that needs tender care. A dot on your hand with a sharpie is always a good reminder to remember something too- should you have a hard time remembering to be sensitive to yourself.

yes, for example, if doing a form of work or art- never think negative thoughts- always think positive.
Even if your work or so isnt as good as you want , think that you are improving and making a good start.
negative thoughts lead to depression and you start thinking bad of yourself.
