Gibbs is a man of action and seems inpatient to get results and is very vocal(loud)with his team I think him and Grissom would clash if they had to work together. Eventually Gris would calm him down but there can be only one leader. That will be Grissom

no they would not get along cause gibbs is a hard *** and grissom is more calm and relaxed about things they would be consistantly clashing . good luck .
