Honestly, the best thing you can do is practice. Everyone devolps their own style and taste level. Oh, and most women I know are very brand-specific when it comes to their mascara. (I prefer the blue tube by Maybeline).
I wouls say do not use blush (use bronzer) but I am not so sure that applies to you. I have a complexion like Britney Spears.
If you have fairly good skin, all you really need is mascara and some lip gloss. If not, try Clinic's powder. I am a HUGE fan!
Your best bet is to go to a make-up counter at the mall and have them help you. Just beware, it is their job to sell you stuff.
The number one rule is less is more! Number two is just practice!

If you want the natural look, you should go for neutral/skin colours first off; so stay away from the white eyeshadow.
You could also try enhancing your best feature; if it's your lips, go for clear lip gloss, for example - it still looks natural.
If you have nice skin - i.e. few blemishes - then you probably won't need to use concealer, foundation and powder and should go for mascara, lip gloss and blush which enhance the other features.
So they're the products I'd recommend, and following the aforementioned guide on the website, you'll probably be well on your way to that natural look you want!

oo this is very simple :)
i have about your same complexion so here is what i would suggest:
1. wash your face and pat dry
2. apply a very light shade of bronzer or foundation...it is sometimes hard to find the right shade so go to a makeup counter and they will help you pick one that matches :)
For your eyes...
a daytime look:
1. apply some black, brown, or light brown color to the top of the eyelid forming a line right over the lashes
2. apply some brown or black (black is better) eyeliner right underneath the lash line
3. apply a little bit of mascara to the TOP LASHES ONLY
a more natural look...
1. apply some light brown, light pink, or a gold shade of eyeshadow on the eyelid
2. apply some black or brown eyeliner underneath the eye lashes
3. a bit of mascara on the top lashes
for the lips....
just a bit of light pink lip gloss should bring the whole look together!!!
hope i helped!!

It is very easy. DON"T use a foundation. have a naked face. try a subtle brown liner on your top lash line (Jordana makes really cheap, creamy liner). Gently smudge with a qtip. Next, apply a golden peach blush to the apples of your cheeks with a very light touch (try loreal's true matchblush in the warm family). Also, a lip gloss is essential. Try ones from lip smakers, as they aren't sticky and they give natural color. Their ice creamies are beautiful. If you get more used to makeup, try mascara. I love Maybelline's unstoppable mascara since it's very sheer. Ususally, lengthening formulas are sheerer than volume types

If you have good skin don't ruin it with foundation. If you are slightly shiny try a translucent powder. Just a slick of black mascara to take advantage of those sweet dark eyes, and maybe a little slightly tinted lip balm. :)

if u really don't need make up that much don't start. i never use any form of make up except lip gloss or very occasionally, a little mascara for my lashes & my skin is healthier than all my freinds who use make up. drink lots of water, eat healthy, excersice well, look for some form of mental stimulation and u'll never need make up all ur life.
