it cost £170 it's been 2 months, they have closed their paypal a/c.

You may have left it too late to report to paypal as their time limit to report is rubbish. If you paid by paypal do you use a credit or debit card. If credit card then you have 90 days to report it to them and there is a good chance you will get a refund.

Yes if you ued paypal, you should get reimbursed. Select the "item not received" option through ebay, and then do it again through your paypal account.

things like this make my blood boil. he has ripped you off then closed his account down, contact ebay and keep persuing it, that is a big chunk of money this con artist has got away with. im pretty confident you will get your money back ive been with ebay for years and been through a similar procedure. good luck

Paypal MAY reimburse provided buyer protection was showing when you bought - various conditions need though. Need to contact them

You've been scammed.

You can report it to eBay - you may qualify for buyer's protection, especially if you used PayPal.

Search for "Buyer's Protection" on their site.

Just report it to Ebay. They can't always do anything about it though, so don't get your hopes too high, as you may not get your money back.
