it happen after i connect the monitor to new graphic device.
My old graphic divice is onboard.

Plug your monitor back to the on-board video. When your pc starts up, go into CMOS settings. Navigate the CMOS and make sure you disable the on-board video. Set the primary video to the port that you put your video card in (eg. AGP, PCI, ...). Save settings and exit the CMOS settings. Shut off your PC and reconnect the monitor to the video card. Give that a go and report back.
