This is a question with thorns. One, westerners have done this in many other countries (look at Vietnam) and they are not all white.
Two: men in Africa do the same. In conflict areas they rape and torture and abandon the women.
Three: Men all over the world do this, it is not the exclusivity of white people!
The only way we can change this is by bringing up our little boy into responsible adults!

Why it is the mens fault?it takes two you know.I don't think many normal healthy males males away from home would hesitate if it was offered on a plate but with the publicity about aids in Africa it seems hard to believe anyone would have unprotected sex.What to do them ?I think they will be punished next time they have a blood test.
