How to get a tannn!?

Question

I have a pool!
But because I dont like showing my body and stufff.
I would like to get a nice tan cause im in the progress of losing weight and I would like to have a nice brown body!
has anyone got any ideas thanks.

Well, unless you live in Hawaii, it's mega cold outside... so i would suggest a bottled self-tanner or a spray tan from the salon... You can go as far as 2-3 sessions at the tanning bed, but that's about it. Everything should be done in moderation... tanning 2-3 times at the salon won't cause cancer, tanning every week at the salon for your entire life probably will. Once it gets nice and warm out, you can tan but wear SPF 30+ and after an hour, get out of the sun. You might look cute with a tan now, but in 10 years when you have nasty wrickles, it won't be worth it, not to mention the risk of malanoma (deadliest form of skin cancer!)

Steer WELL clear of tanning beds, it's like having a bath in cancer, trust me.

Use a high factor SPF when outside, and when you are older you will have no wrinkles and wil be as beautiful at 40 as you are at 17 or how ever old you are.

For now, try a moisturiser like Johnson's Holiday Skin which moisturises your skin and gradually builds a light, natural-looking tan over a period of a week. It's not a real tan, so your skin wil be as healthy as ever, and your skin will look sunkissed and bronzed rather than the awful plastic orange look fake tan wil give you. :)

Go to the Tanning bed, it's reasonably cheap. And it's safer than the sun. If you can't afford a tanning bed, make one!
