Is Bonita Beach,Florida a good place to vacation in?

It's okay, kind of quiet and more a local's place. I would recommend
Clearwater Beach/St Petersburg Beach. There you'll find Fort DeSoto Park's beach and Caladesi Island Beach...the #1 and #2 ranked beaches in the US. They're clean, with soft white sand and uncrowded. Then if you want civilization and fun stuff to do it's nearby. Lots of affordable beach motel accommodations too.
Check out Pass-A-Grille Beach too...very Key West-like area at the extreme south end of the St Petersburg Beach peninsula. The Inn on the Beach is a place you won't want to leave.
