Orientation is mostly just filling out hire paperwork, tax forms, and policy notices. You'll probably watch a welcome video about the company or get some similar info, and maybe take a walk-through of the facilities. Orientation could be followed by training, teaching you about your specific position.
Orientation alone is probably around an hour. If training is included, expect a full work day.

Essentially they train you to do the job. It depends on the employer as to what exactly it consists of and how long it'll lasts (you can expect a couple of days though).

Abercrombie is the store i hate.(im very sorry,but this is my opinion)
It depends,some can last a few hours...
