If it is everywhere in the house than it is most likely the pressure regulator valve. You need to replace these about every 5 years.

If the problem is not the shower head, then it might be the water shut off valve is turned down too low.
1. Check the water pressure after removing shower head. If pressure is still low without the shower head, then turn up the water valve.
2. If water pressure is fine, then clean your shower head and try readjusting it.
3. If that still does not work, buy a new shower head.

Hi! You did not say if your shower head was crudded up with minerals, if so put some CL(available at Wally World or any hardware store) in a zip lock and use duct tape to secure to the head, Making sure the "head" is submerged. If this isn't the case take the head off and see if there is a restrict-or in the head, if so remove it!!!!! If you still have the problem, it's a Home Depot run for a new head. Good luck!!

I would say to take it off first and turn it on to see how much water pressure comes out. If it isnt low, try cleaning the shower head with CLR ( gray bottle at drugstore or super market).

no. there is most likely a flow washer in the shower head. unscrew the shower head and you should see a black rubber washer inside the "nut". remove it and then wrap some new teflon tape around the threads of the pipe coming through the wall and screw the shower head back on. be careful not to cross thread it when you are putting back on. good luck, hope this helps.
