When it comes to appointments, government does consider the minimal criteria for the vacancies. Without any educational qualification one cannot be considered for the vacancy. No matter what class he is from. Experience is not always a part of appointment criteria.

The only thing is that the reservation group is given some relaxation regarding their age and overall grades scored by them with respect to the required criteriea.

I think you need to work a lot on how the reservation policy works.

:-)

Except Hindus (Brahman) all others are in one way are the other sneaks into Government job. Hence, irrespective of education or experience, all others are considered as higher backward, middle backward. lower backward, downtrodden backward. Below poverty line backward like that the list will go ever ending.Specifically we can not pin point any one.

Not upon their commuunities' less % in services, less education, poverty, etc. It depends upon the castes they belong to, that too as long as they remain Hindu and accept their inferiority and lower status in Hinduism. On embracing any religion (Christianity or Islam) they lose all such facilities. To avail them of, they should curtail and deprive of the fundamental/natural rights of freedom of thought and religion.
