i had a dream that still bothers me. it was raining and it started to flood the house. i had friends, family, and ppl i didnt recognize in the house. i started to scream,"COME UP THE THE 2ND FLOOR," but no one would listen to me. my daughter was the only one who came upstairs. i saw my son drown, thats when everyone started racing up the stairs. by the time most of the ppl were upstairs the 1st floor was sumerged with rain. everyone was acting like none of their children had just died. before i awoke, i turned and saw my son alive. that was the end of the dream. please i really would like serious answers, this dream really upset me.

Maybe you need to be more involved with him. Perhaps you give him less attention than your daughter, and you feel disconnected from him to a point.

Dont ever be afraid of dreams, however real they may seem .Dreams as I see them now are mostly the outcome of un digested experiences of our daily life mixed with the chemical and biological reactions in our bodies.Sometimes things get jumbled up and mostly come out as mixed up nightmares. They are not to be taken seriously as Freud or Jung would. We all live with basic fears all the time and these fears protect us from getting into trouble. The rest of your family members were not affected because in reality your son never died ! And only you were witness to your dream and it was your point of view.A bloated stomach can make you feel like you were flying ..etc.So your concern for your child is understandable and normal .Eat light and healthy food ( drink a little warm milk if it suits you) before going to bed and reduce your anxiety level a bit.Try a little Yoga before going to sleep.Talk and discuss things with your child and family members so that a normalization of daily interaction happens . All the best and know that every one shares uncertinity on this planet..the trick is in understanding and playing safe .

You feel like you're not a good mother to your son, and you feel closer to your daughter. The other people are your other interests (or whatever is distracting you from being a better mother). You saw your son alive at the end of the dream because although you feel something is missing, it's not all that bad and you really do have a good relationship.

To see a raging flood with its muddy debris, signifies that you will have much unsettling occurrences and tribulations in life. Your repressed emotions may be overwhelming you.

To dream that you get wet from the rain, signifies that you will soon be cleansed from your troubles and problems. Rain also symbolizes fertility and renewal.

To see someone drowning in your dream, suggests that you are becoming too deeply involved in something that is beyond your control.

I read before that water in your dream means hardships and struggles are around you .....

I used to have lots of dreams about water and floods and trying to escape them and during that time, I was going through alot of stress in my life.
