1. As far as I know there is no website that can have a precise answer to such a woolly question. For example, you don't say if you want the data for a specific country or for the entire world.

2. At best you will only be able to estimate. For babies it will be approximately 1/365 of the yearly total. For marriages the distribution may well be unevenly weighted on weekends.
