My husband can do this and it is so funny! He can put it on his head and blow it up to where it is a foot or better up above his head.
He starts out by putting both his hands in the condoms and with both his hands falt inside it he just moves it around, you can hear the air in it. He keeps working that for 2-3 minutes then puts it over his head and blows. He has done it so many times and it has only busted one time. Really it is hard to explain how he does it but i can tell you it can be done.

Get the largest size (did you know condoms come in sizes) and then fill it to capacity with water. It will then be stretched enough to go over your head.
