Yes, you can. In DisneyWorld, in back of the Contemporary Resort there is a lagoon and they offer parasailing. It is Sammy Duvall's water sports.

tweetymay is correct. At Walt Disney World, technically located in Lake Beuna Vista, Florida, you can go parasailing. Parasailing is offered at Sammy Duvall's Watersports Centre at Disney's Contemporary Resort. It's included in my Walt Disney World vacation package so I'm going to try it out while I'm there this summer.
